Criteria for participation:

• MPQAP proficiency testing scheme is applicable for centers and institutions that are involved in molecular testing of solid tumors in India and is open to enroll neighboring countries as well.
• It is applicable for centers that perform in house molecular diagnostic testing of solid tumors.
• Centers must have minimum 1-2 years of practice in dealing with molecular diagnostic tests.
• Participating centers should not have the results for evaluation outsourced.
• Centers which are involved in infectious diseases and general disease testing are not eligible.

Registration: Testing laboratories/Institutes interested in participating for MPQAP EQAS Test modules should register at Tata Memorial Hospital website www.tmc.gov.in/mpqap or you can mail us at mpqapeqas@gmail.com, mpeqas@tmc.gov.in

Steps of payment of fees

1. Payment should be done via NEFT mode of transaction.
2. Participating laboratory should intimate and confirm their participation eligibility before making any transaction.
3. Participant laboratory should send the NEFT transaction details such as UTR number, date of transaction, name of bank, GST number of institution/organization via email.
4. Participating laboratory can make payment for multiple tests in single transaction and should inform MPQAP team about the same.
5. Invoice and receipt of payment shall be provided to participants after receiving the participation fees.

Terms and Conditions

1. Participating laboratories should check the charges of each test they wish to participate and confirm with MPQAP team via email prior to making any transaction.
2. Participating laboratories are liable to pay the amount mentioned in the “Total Amount” column which is inclusive of GST.
3. Request for exchange of participation charges from Non NCG section to NCG section will not be entertained.
4. Requests for discounts on the participation charges will not accepted.
5. Request for adjustments/substitutions of participation fees from one test module to another will not accepted. (For eg. Amount paid for FISH module will not be adjusted for Sequencing module/RTPCR module after making the payment).
6. No refund will be provided for cancellation of participation after making payment or release of test materials for the module.
7. In conditions where any particular test module is cancelled or if test materials for any module are not dispatched by MPQAP team, then refund amount of the participation fees will be provided.
8. No refund of participation fee will be provided for any test module if the participating laboratory faces any issues during testing of EQAS samples or withdraws participation for the same.
9. Participating laboratory should inform prior to MPQAP team if they have TDS deduction for availing services and should submit Form 16A to us at the earliest.
10. MPQAP team will not be held responsible for payment transaction made without prior intimation or communication to the team.
