The letter will be automatically generated based on the information provided and issued by the organizing committee.

Call for Abstracts

The Programme Committee of ANCC 2026 invites the submission of abstracts presenting original research, clinical findings, health policy analyses, and innovative practices across all domains of oncology. Accepted abstracts will be considered for oral presentation, rapid oral communication, poster presentation, or e-poster display. All accepted abstracts will be published in the official conference supplement.

Abstract Requirements

  • Abstracts must represent original, previously unpublished work. Manuscripts under review may be submitted; work published after July 1, 2026 will be considered.
  • Maximum word count:350 words(excluding title, author affiliations, and disclosures). Title limited to 25 words.
  • Structured format required: Background / Objective · Methods · Results · Conclusions. Case reports may use Narrative format.
  • Quantitative data and statistical results (with confidence intervals or p-values) must be included for clinical and epidemiological studies.
  • No table or figure is allowed as part of abstract submission. The tables and figure can be used during presentation (oral or e-poster)
  • All authors must be listed with institutional affiliations. The presenting author must be a registered conference delegate at time of acceptance. The presenting author should provide the email address for communication.
  • Conflict of interest disclosure is mandatory for all authors. Undisclosed conflicts will result in withdrawal.
  • Submissions must be in English. Authors may request bilingual (National language) poster presentation at display stage.
  • Each submitting author may submit a maximum of2 abstracts as a presenting author across all categories.
  • Ethical approval number (or equivalent waiver) must be provided for all human subjects research.

Review & Scoring Criteria

All abstracts will be subjected to a review by scientific committee. The decision will be communicated to the presenting author by 10th September 2026

How to Submit

  • Click the "Submit Abstract" button below to submit your Abstract: Anyone who cannot submit on the portal, please email admin@ncgindia.org to request the abstract submission form. The completed form can then be submitted by email to the same address.
  • Select theme and presentation preference: Choose your primary theme. Indicate your preferred format; the Programme Committee may reassign.
  • Enter abstract and author details: Complete the structured fields. Add all co-authors. Provide the email address for presenting author.
  • Complete disclosures and ethics declaration: Please disclose any conflict-of-interest of any of the co-authors Ethics board approval number is entered in a dedicated field.
  • Submit and receive confirmation: A confirmation email with submission ID is sent immediately. Save this ID for all correspondence. Edits allowed until August 15, 2026, 23:59 IST.
