CB-QAP provides free access to proficiency testing (PT) modules for a duration of one year, starting from the initiation date of the first PT round in a given year. After this period, NCG-registered centers will retain free access, while other users may be charged a nominal fee. Education remains a core component of each run report, supporting our commitment to improved learning and better outcomes.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All samples provided by CB-QAP must be treated as routine samples for analysis.
  2. Each participating laboratory will receive a unique ID upon registration with CB-QAP. Multiple registrations by the same laboratory are not permitted.
  3. Participants must check the physical status of the sample and the packaging once received. Any damage caused to the sample must be reported.
  4. CB-QAP will not bear any responsibility towards the damage/degradation of the PT (Proficiency Testing) sample, once received by the participant.
  5. Participants must not share the results and samples to other institutes or individuals.
  6. Participants should add contact details which are currently accessible.
  7. Participant details such as Institute/Department Name, Address, Email ID and contact no. cannot be edited once registered. Any changes in the aforementioned fields must be done by sending an email to the CB-QAP team.
  8. Program selection will confer to a minimum duration of one year (four rounds) for the given machine/method. Any changes in the machine/method should be amended in the CB-QAP portal.
  9. Termination of the program or changes in the machine/method before the completion of four rounds in a PT cycle will enable the participant to receive a certificate of partial completion of the program.
  10. Quality assurance certificate will only be provided after successful completion of one full cycle of a program (four rounds) for the given year.
  11. Participants must renew their enrolment with CB-QAP for the next year 15 days before the completion of last round of the previous PT cycle. Failure to do so will result in automatic termination of the program for the participant for the next year.
